Biography

Elena J. Gallego represents clients in construction litigation, auto liability, personal injury, subrogation, and other tort matters. She is committed to providing practical guidance, clear communication, and client-centered representation while building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals and businesses she serves.

Prior to joining McCollum Crowley, Elena practiced immigration law as an attorney and served as a Certified Legal Intern prosecuting misdemeanor and traffic cases at the State Attorney’s Office, 2nd Judicial Circuit Court. During that time, she developed courtroom advocacy skills and gained valuable jury trial and litigation experience.

Outside of practicing law, Elena enjoys playing pickleball, staying active, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and serving in her church community as a children’s ministry teacher.
