Biography
Jake possesses nearly two decades of experience litigating cases in Minnesota and Wisconsin state and federal courts. As a shareholder with the firm, Jake takes on some of the most difficult and complex cases including wrongful death, failure to provide adequate premises security, auto liability, and subrogation claims. Numerous carriers and self-insured businesses have designated Jake as their approved counsel. His clients range from insurers and individuals/small family businesses to multi-national corporations Jake has been recognized as a “Rising Star” and has received numerous other accolades for his expertise and common sense approach to the resolution of claims.
When not engaged in his practice, Jake spends time with his family and rooting on the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers.
